Mexican Hollandaise

6 fl oz Hollandaise (use your favorite hollandaise recipe)
4 fl oz Casa Pablos Salsa
• Mix both sauces evenly over a very low heat.
• Serve warm with seafood, Southwest benedict (using chorizo or spicy sausage), or over tortilla crusted chicken.

Queso Dip

1 lb. Loaf Cheese
8 ounces Casa Pablos Salsa
• Slice cheese block into ½ inch squares
• Layer cheese in microwave safe dish
• Add Casa Pablos Salsa
• Cover with microwave safe film
• Heat carefully for 1 minute intervals 3 times, stirring in-between intervals
Let stand for 1-2 minutes and serve hot

Taco Beef

5 Lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
2 Cup Diced onion
1 Tbl ground Cumin
1 Cup Canola Oil
4 Cups Casa Pablos Salsa
Brown ground beef and diced onion in canola oil
Add cumin and cook meat thoroughly (155˚ F). Drain excess oil from the pan. Return to heat in the pan, add Casa Pablos Salsa and bring to a simmer

Serve hot as taco meat for taco salad, use on nachos, or add to Casa Pablos Queso Dip for a beefy nacho dip!

Slow Cooked Salsa Chicken

 4boneless skinless chicken breasts

 32ounces Casa Pablos salsa

 1(14 1/2 ounce) can corn, drained

 1(14 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained

 Place chicken in crock pot and cover with remaining ingredients.

 Cook on low 6-8 hours for fresh, or 8-10 for frozen.

 30-60 minutes prior to serving, remove chicken, shred and return to crock pot.

 Serve in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, over nachos, etc.

 Add sour cream, cheese, cilantro and extra salsa as desired.

Salsa Meatloaf

1 ½ lb lean ground beef

½ cup plain bread crumbs (can substitute half wish crushed tortilla chips)

½ + 1/4 cup Casa Pablos salsa

½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

1 egg

½ cup shredded cheese (optional)


1 Heat oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup salsa and

cheese. Press mixture into ungreased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with 1/4 cup salsa.

 2 Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. If

using cheese, remove at 40 minutes, add cheese, and return to oven. Serve with additional

salsa if desired.
