Our Story Scratch Made In Montana For Over 25 Years Casa Pablos Salsa was created in Missoula, Montana over 25 years ago by the Velasquez family who made it fresh to serve in their restaurant, Casa Pablos. It became famous around Missoula and locals would stop by just to pick up a bag of tortilla chips and an order of Salsa. Years later, the restaurant closed, but the salsa was just too good to let disappear, so we decided to continue the tradition. We’ve expanded that tradition by adding crisp, stone-ground tortilla chips and broadening our product line of hand-made fresh daily, traditional Mexican salsa.
